Samsung EVO vs QVO

In a never ending quest to improve storage performance and at the same time increasing capacity, Samsung have introduced their QVO SSD which uses a new technology to increase density of information stored whilst coming in at a cheaper price point than the popular TLC based SSDs. The questions is, how do they perform in real life and which one should you go for?

Here I do a brief history of SSD technology and a comparison between the Samsung EVO and QVO drives.

Samsung has pretty much been the go to option for SSDs but how does it’s new QVO drive perform? I’ll be doing some testing including large file copy and multiple small files copy. Which one is the best for gaming and which for every day usage? Hopefully this video will answer that question and help you decide which is better for your own personal usage.

RAZER HUNTSMAN MINI REVIEW

Razer is probably one of the best known companies for gaming keyboards as well as various other items and when I had the chance to get my hands on their new Razer Huntsman Mini I absolutely jumped at it.

In this video I take a look at the Razer Huntsman Mini, a 60% form factor gaming keyboard with the purple clicky optical switches. There are two variants of the keyboard just in case you prefer something different to these switches but this is the option that was available to me.

I’ll take you through what you can find in the box, the RGB experience, the key clicks and my overall thoughts of this gaming keyboard that weighs in at £120. Yes it’s not a cheap keyboard by any means and you can certainly get cheaper ones on Amazon however when you watch this video and hear the sound this bad boy makes I’m sure you’ll understand why this is a little more expensive.

The Razer Huntsman Mini is available from Amazon UK and Amazon US in black, or Amazon UK and Amazon US in white, which is very Apple like.
